Genesis 38:27

Ἐγένετο δὲ ἡνίκα ἔτικτεν, καὶ τῇδε ἦν δίδυμα ἐν τῇ γαστρὶ αὐτῆς.

Then it came to pass at the time she was giving birth, and thus there were twins in her womb.

ויהי בעת לדתה והנה תאומים בבטנה׃
