Εἰσελθὼν δὲ Λαβὰν ἠρεύνησεν εἰς τὸν οἶκον Λείας καὶ οὐχ εὗρεν· καὶ ἐξελθὼν ἐκ τοῦ οἴκου Λείας ἠρεύνησεν εἰς τὸν οἶκον Ἰακὼβ καὶ ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ τῶν δύο παιδισκῶν καὶ οὐχ εὗρεν. εἰσῆλθεν δὲ καὶ εἰς τὸν οἶκον Ῥαχήλ.
Then going in Laban searched in the house of Leia and found nothing; and coming out of the house of Leia he searched in the house of Iakob and in the house of the two handmaids and found nothing. Then he also went into the house of Rhachel.
ויבא לבן באהל יעקב ובאהל לאה ובאהל שׁתי האמהת ולא מצא ויצא מאהל לאה ויבא באהל רחל׃
* Masoretic text omits ἠρεύνησεν. LXX (ἠρεύνησεν) agrees with Samaritan version (ויחפש)
