Ἐὰν λάβῃς τὸν συλλογισμὸν τῶν υἱῶν Ἰσραὴλ ἐν τῇ ἐπισκοπῇ αὐτῶν, καὶ δώσουσιν ἕκαστος λύτρα τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτοῦ τῷ Κυρίῳ, καὶ οὐκ ἔσται ἐν αὐτοῖς πτῶσις ἐν τῇ ἐπισκοπῇ αὐτῶν.
If you take the calculation of the sons of Israel in their numbering, they each shall also give a ransom for his soul to the LORD, and there shall not be calamity among them in their numbering.
כי תשׂא את־ראשׁ בני־ישׂראל לפקדיהם ונתנו אישׁ כפר נפשׁו ליהוה בפקד אתם ולא־יהיה בהם נגף בפקד אתם׃
