Καὶ ἔλαβεν τὴν αἰθάλην τῆς καμιναίας ἐναντίον Φαραὼ καὶ ἔπασεν αὐτὴν Μωυσῆς εἰς τὸν οὐρανόν, καὶ ἐγένετο ἕλκη, φλυκτίδες ἀναζέουσαι, ἐν τοῖς ἀνθρώποις καὶ ἐν τοῖς τετράποσιν.
And he took the soot of the furnace before Pharao and Moses scattered it toward heaven, and it became sores, boils breaking out, on men and on the quadrupeds.
ויקחו את־פיח הכבשׁן ויעמדו לפני פרעה ויזרק אתו משׁה השׁמימה ויהי שׁחין אבעבעת פרח באדם ובבהמה׃
