Exodus 37:28

Καὶ ἐποίησεν σκυτάλας ἐκ ξύλων ἀσήπτων καὶ κατεχρυσώσεν αὐτοὺς χρυσίῳ.

And he made poles from undecayed wood and he gilded them with gold.

ויעשׂ את־הבדים עצי שׁטים ויצף אתם זהב׃
