Ὁ πλουτῶν οὐ προσθήσει καὶ ὁ πενόμενος οὐκ ἐλαττονήσει ἀπὸ τοῦ ἡμίσους τοῦ διδράχμου ἐν τῷ διδόναι τὴν εἰσφορὰν Κυρίῳ ἐξιλάσασθαι περὶ τῶν ψυχῶν ὑμῶν.
The rich shall not give more and the poor shall not give less than the half didrachm in giving the tax to the LORD to make atonement for your souls.
העשׁיר לא־ירבה והדל לא ימעיט ממחצית השׁקל לתת את־תרומת יהוה לכפר על־נפשׁתיכם׃
