Exodus 23:3

Καὶ πένητα οὐκ ἐλεήσεις ἐν κρίσει.

And you shall not show mercy to a poor (person) in a judgment.

ודל לא תהדר בריבו׃

*   show mercy OR pity OR spare, i.e. unjustly favor
*   judgment OR trial i.e. a court proceeding
