Ἐὰν ἐξαναστὰς ὁ ἄνθρωπος περιπατήσῃ ἔξω ἐπὶ ῥάβδου, ἀθῷος ἔσται ὁ πατάξας· πλὴν τῆς ἀργίας αὐτοῦ ἀποτείσει καὶ τὰ ἰατρεῖα.
If the man arise and walk outside on walking-stick, the one who smote shall be acquitted; except that he shall compensate for his loss of employment and medical treatment.
