Εἶπεν δὲ Μωυσῆς πρὸς τὸν λαόν· Μνημονεύετε τὴν ἡμέραν ταύτην, ἐν ᾗ ἐξήλθατε ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου ἐξ οἴκου δουλείας· ἐν γὰρ χειρὶ κραταιᾷ ἐξήγαγεν ὑμᾶς Κύριος ἐντεῦθεν· καὶ οὐ βρωθήσεται ζύμη.
Then Moses said to the people, “Remember this day, in which you came out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery; for with a mighty hand the LORD brought you out from there; and leaven shall not be eaten.
ויאמר משׁה אל־העם זכור את־היום הזה אשׁר יצאתם ממצרים מבית עבדים כי בחזק יד הוציא יהוה אתכם מזה ולא יאכל חמץ׃
